These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access or use velmoranova.com (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 16 to contact us or submit personal information without a parent or guardian. The Website is intended for users in Ireland, although it may be viewed elsewhere. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you are located.

2. What Velmora Nova provides
Velmora Nova publishes independent editorial reviews, ratings, comparisons and links concerning free-to-play online games. We may provide search, filters, locally saved favourites, explainers and recommendations.
We do not provide the games themselves. A button labelled “Visit official site” sends you to a publisher or authorised storefront. You may need separate hardware, an internet connection and a publisher account. Publisher terms, privacy notices, age ratings, regional rules and system requirements then apply.
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Website, update the catalogue, change scores or remove a listing without notice. We do not promise that every feature will always be available.
3. What “free” means on this Website
“Free”, “free to play” and “€0 to start” mean that, at the time of our latest check, an official source offered a meaningful entry path without a required purchase in the Republic of Ireland. This does not mean that every item, character, expansion, pass, service or future update is free.

10. General terms, law and contact

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights as part of a genuine transfer of the Website, subject to law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland will have jurisdiction, without depriving an EEA consumer of any mandatory protection or right to bring proceedings available under the law of their home country.
